Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, before your order is shipped. Orders are also not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when making your order.
Double check that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate and complete before placing your order. We will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, unless that order is classified as "undeliverable" and returned to us. Eclectica will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. We will notify you by e-mail if there is an issue with your order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally orders are returned to us as "undeliverable" due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient. If for any reason your order is returned to us we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund for the undelivered items. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
USPS SHIPPING
USPS Rates start at around $6.00. All orders shipped via USPS include Delivery Confirmation so we can track packages. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval.

International Shipping:
* Global Express Guaranteed: Orders arrive in 1-3 business days from ship date. * Express Mail International: Orders arrive in 3-5 business days from ship date. * Priority Mail International: Orders arrive in 6-10 business days from ship date.

UPS Rates start around $8.50. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availablility and credit card approval. PLEASE NOTE: For Google Checkout orders, we will only ship via UPS. Below is a map of UPS Ground Transit Days to give you and idea of Transit Time:
